This tool is a single-page self-contained web application. It is heavily powered by JavaScript. None of the data you work on ever leaves your computer.
We load the following unobfuscated script files from yugioh-deckcheck.github.io:
- ygodecklist.js is the main script containing decklist parsing functionality.
- carddata.js handles connections to our external data sources.
- include/pdfjs/pdf.js is a static copy of Mozilla's PDF.js library, which we use to parse PDF files.
Additionally, we query card data and artworks from the db.ygoresources.com API. This is used to perform card name recognition, and banlist validation. We do not embed any script files from this host.
We load the "Open Sans Condensed" font from fonts.gstatic.com. You should not need to explicitly whitelist this host, but it might appear in NoScript.
We also allow you to export the final Decklist as a self-contained link to yugiohdeck.github.io. This does not store any data on a server – everything is contained in the link.

The .ydk file format used identifies cards by their eight-digit passcode. To map a card to its passcode, we request data from the db.ygoprodeck.com API. No script files from this host are embedded.
